Hear from Brian Baumgartner who is a Sr. Systems Engineer at Uber ATG (Uber's autonomous vehicle project) and has previously worked in robotics across several industries including ocean robotics, space, drones, medical devices, and more. His former employers include SpaceX, Liquid Robotics (A Boeing Company), Matternet, Accel Biotech (A Ximedica Company), and others. Brian has spent his career working in startups of all sizes, starting his career working in several labs on campus at Scripps Institution of Oceanography and the Center for Astrophysics and Space Sciences.
