In this workshop, participants will explore what it means to be "resilient." We will discuss building resilience through emotions, mindset, and preventative and positive habits. Some of the topics we will cover are developing "wise mind," learning strategies for "emotional regulation," the benefits of "growth mindset," having an "optimisting explanatory style," and identifying habits to increase well-being. The audience will participate in deep breathing activity, practice reframing negative thinking patterns, and identify strengths in writing their own "resiliency story."
